Ingredients:
1 cup water
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
1 cup frozen mixed berries
12.3 oz. silken firm tofu

Directions:
Place ingredients in a blender & mix until combined.

Nutrition Facts: Serves One
255 calories, 32 g protein, 22 g carbs, 5 g fat

Side Note:
Take this shake as a pre-workout shake. This is great drink for vegetarian & for many people who wanna try something new. I know you're saying eww to the tofu but don't knock it to you try it. Soybeans is a complete protein & helps the "pump" & can increase levels of growth hormone. The berries to kill the free radicals that are trying to destroy our muscles so the antioxidants are very high in berries. We know about Whey protein & why it's important to us.
