well it's water based so a slin pin would be what you want.. say a 29gauge .5" pin.. 1cc barrel.. but i've never done injectable b12 so perhaps someone with more experience will chime in

Using the insulin needles with the 1cc barrel. so 2ml's a week.. and my buddy does one shot a day and has no problems either... (i weigh 230lbs right now) and imnot sure about the dosage for a female... maybe half of wat you take?

I know this isn't what you asked, but injectable vitamins have very little to no efficacy... it's also fairly dangerous. There is a risk of direct toxicity from excessive intakes of some nutrients. Furthermore, high intakes of some nutrients can inhibit the absorption or metabolism of others.

but injectable vitamins have very little to no efficacy...

Do you have some information to support this statement?

When I've run B12 in the past, didn't really notice much of a difference. If you're eating like a bodybuilder and using any basic supplements (protein, MPR, Amino, vitamins, etc.) the effects from injectable B12 are very minimal IMO.

It's not likely that you will notice much unless your blood levels of b12 are low. With that being said it is possible to be b12 deficient even if you consume copious amounts on a daily basis. There can be a problem with the absorbtion once inside the body. This happened to me and b12 injected IM was the only thing I noticed a difference from.
