Some sweet paprika
Some mustard either powdered or regular
Other seasonings of choice

1 cup of either rolled oats or oat flour
Some wholemeal flour to roll eggs in
1 beaten egg.

Directions
Mix mince or sausage mince with all spices , mustard, worstershire and soy, onion and garlic, and parsley. Combine together. Roll your eggs in a little flour to coat, take some seasoned mince and place it in your hand making it like a cup, place the egg inside and carefully cup the mince around the egg to cover it completely.
Do this with all eggs.
Then, roll again in a little flour, dip it in the lightly beaten egg, and roll in the oats.
Repeat process of dipping and rolling twice miff needed.
Place eggs onto a grilling plate or tray and bake at 200 degrees for approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Alternatively, if not concerned about calories and fat, deep fry..

Serve with bruschetta and salad or have as a snack on the go.
