I was training shoulders on Fridya, heard a pop. It's hurt worse and worse. I went to the doctor this AM. He had me stretch in 20 different directions, said the rotator was fine, and that a week of rest, heat compress, and motrin would fix it. come back for an MIR in a week if it's still funky.

So how should i structure my workout week? I'm thinking something like this:

Monday - thighs
Wed - hams calves

Fri - thighs
Sat - hams calves
