These are mostly night show pics from my first show as a lightweight. My legs have smoothed out tremendously (I assume from the burger and fries after prejudging).

I placed first in novice and 2nd in the open...I wasn't able to get any feedback from judges but self reflection tells me: lat development, hamstrings, calves...what are your thoughts? Any advice or critisizm greatly appreciated.

id say you could really add to overall development for your frame, back and calves yes and chest thickness.

Overall mass will help of course, but try to bring up you lats, chest thickness and hamstings in the side poses.

Thanks for the input...I'm new to bodybuilding..and prior to this I've always worked out to stay in shape...this is the first time I've actually "trained" to bring up weak areas and my weak areas are responding quickly.
