Lol I've been reading all of your threads for a while and got motivated to get back in the gym today, smoked my chest and tri's! Just wanted to say hi and introduce myself.... My name is Dana I'm 26 female been in the army little over 6 yrs and have a 2 yo daughter that threw my figure off!!!! But I'm back on it now, I'm thinking to start a training journal to keep me on track and if any of you ladies have any tweaks for me I'd love it!!!!!! Eventually I'd like to try figure competitions or something you guys make it sound so much fun! Lol

Haha I'm mad the smoked gave it away! Lol so I got a question about dhea.... Worth a shot I'm at 29% bf lost about 4 lbs this week, staying up with 6 days cardio ( mainly stair stepper) 3-4 days weight training. Is this any good? I've done some research and read about lean muscle gain with fat loss... Sounds good to me! I can't take any illegal stuff since they drug test, and I love my career! I'm just looking for a little edge, oh and I've got an appt with a trainer sat, can't wait. Been reading musclgrows? Thread she sounds like she's kicking butt! Lol thanks

So just an update got to the gym yesterday did legs shoulders and abs, whooooo.... Lol down from 165. To 157 getting there, feeling grrreat! Lol
