Hey,

below is my offseason diet i will be using for re-bound.. im dieting right now down to 7-5 %BF ill be around 160- 165 ... 7 weeks in atm..... maybe 11-13 weeks to go....

i will be far from natty so here it is...

i will be doing 3 x cardio 30min, lifting real heavy , jus trying to get as big as i can in this cycle staying under 12% bf.. i will be cycling carbs im just showing my high day.. off days will be low carb.... feel free to open opinions still plenty of time to get this right for max growth .... :beerbang:


Meal 1: 4 whole eggs with 2 extra egg whites, 1 cup oats and honey or Syrup, berries & cinnamon


Meal 2: 6oz chicken with 1 Cup Brown Rice with Salad 1/4 cup Almonds


Meal 3: 6oz Red Meat / 8oz Sweet Potato with Salad/ 1 TBS EVOO


Meal 4: 6oz chicken with 1 Cup Brown Rice with Salad/ 1 TBS EVOO


Meal 5 : 6oz chicken with 1 Cup Brown Rice with 1 TSB PB


Meal 6: PRE workout 50 pure whey isolate , 1 Medium Bananna, 3 x
creatine tabs

TRAIN

Meal 7: POST workout 50g pure whey isolate, 40g Pure Carbs, 3 x
creatine tabs

1 hour after meal 7- Meal 8: 6oz Red Meat / 8oz Sweet Potato with
Salad/ 1 TBS EVOO


Meal 9: 50g pure whey isolate with 1 TBS PB or 4 whole eggs with 2 extra egg whites

Meal 10: If awake or mid-night 50g pure whey isolate with 1 tablespoons PB

All food is cooked weight !

Diet looks good, however If you are doing, 3 x cardio 30min in the morning, I will go just whey Isolate for meal 10.....

too many carbs bro. all you need is 4 carb meals, MAX!

try 4 x 50g carb meals, plus 3-4 x 20-25g fat meals (depending how long you're awake), keeping protein at a constant 40g per meal. eat every 2.5hrs.

bro this is like a high day.. or 4 carbs meals max high day.. you know my body quite well now you know i hold fat easly but i put on muscle quite easy when im lifting heavy....

what would a med. low day ... be?
