As a female who chooses to compete, what are some frequently asked questions you are confronted with? And your answers.
My favorite, them - What do you do for abs? me - keep my diet!

Usually the conversation goes something like this... mostly it's a lot of excuses as a result of lacking knowledge, commitment, motivation, etc.

What kind of exercises can I do? I just want to tone up.
- Lift heavy weights, do cardio, eat a diet high in protein, moderate complex carbs, low essentials fats.

But I don't want to get bulky like a man.
- You can't, and you won't.

Well, what kind of exercises can I do for <insert body part here>?
- ...

And I don't like veggies.
- Well, learn (offer up yummy-tasting recipes and/or meal solutions to help solve issue).

I don't have time to cook all the time.
- Make time. Once you get into a routine, it doesn't take that long. Failing to plan is planning to fail.

Well how many days a week do I have to go to the gym?
- Ideally, 4-5.

But, that's too much! I don't have the time.
- So, make the time. Anything is better than nothing!
