Ok guys, as promised Im going to be starting a log on this cycle.

So .. heres the damage -

CYCLE
Week 1-4 - 500mg test e, 600mg EQ
Week 5-8 - 750mg test e, 600mg EQ
Week 9-12 - 1g test e, 600mg EQ

Dbol will be run weeks 1-6 building up from 10mg to 50mg daily and tapering off to 0.

Ill be using Arimidex 0.5mg to start (increase if needed with higher doses)
& Proviron @ 25mg daily from week 3 onwards.

STATS

21yo, 5,11" @ 96kg (8-10%BF)

Competed Natty @ 18 & 19 taking 1st place in my class took the jump into the dark side on my 20th bday.

GOAL

To reach 100kg at no more than 10%

DIET

ON WAKING – multi-vit/minerals, 10g glutamine, 4caps creatine E2
MEAL 1 – whey or egg whites to supply 45g protein, 80g rolled oats/oatmeal, slice
Wholemeal toast, banana, Omega Oil.

MEAL 2 – 260g chicken or 300g white fish/tuna, 80g brown rice, banana, nuts

MEAL 3 - 260g chicken or 300g white fish/tuna, 80g brown rice, apple, Flax Oil

1hr 30min PRE TRAIN – 200g Chicken, 80g Rice & Nuts


TRAINING 1hr 15 min max



POST TRAINING – 20g glutamine, 4caps creatine E2, 1g vit C
10min later – 60g whey, 50g vitargo or maltodextrin

MEAL 4 – 300g lean steak, 60g brown rice, broccoli, nuts

MEAL 5 – micellar caseinate to provide 42g protein, Omega Oil, 2g vit C


P – 355g + 30g glutamine

C – 390g incl. Vegetables

F – 100g (incl. Fat from meats and make up difference with nuts)
K/cal 4000

Whey protein - (pretty much whatever is on sale online haha) Mainly using-
ON nutrition, Gaspari Myofusion, MuscleTech Whey)

Multi-Vit

HMB

TRAINING


DAY 1 – Back,traps,calves


DAY 2 – Chest,biceps


DAY 3 – Quads,hamstrings


DAY 4 - Delts,triceps,abs


DAY 5 – Train weak area of choice


Will be using DC style stretching after every bodypart & static stretching between sets.

I am doing the exact same cycle, exept I am adding the d-bol in from week 6 to 12. Congrats, looking forward to reading your progress.

Im somewhat near youre stats ( age, kgs ).
Are you going to the IFFB European Championship ?

There is no reason for BCAAS,L-glutamine and HMB.Save some money
