An incredible exercise for building posterior chain strength, far superior than hamstring curls. For powerlifters, it's essential. Bodybuilders should do it as well IMO. Although the machine is ideal, you can do this exercise on a lat-pulldown machine, put a bench under a smith machine and use the bar to anchor your feet down, or just have someone hold your feet on the floor.
