Lemon Cream Loaf:

60g WW Flour
60g All Purpose Flour
60g Multigrain Pancake Mix
1 Whole Egg
2 Whites
15g LCP XF 2.0
15g Vanilla Whey
Baking Powder
Baking Soda
1/2 cup non sweet applsauce
cinnamon
splena
vanilla extract

bake 350 for 40 minutes

Cinnamon Roll Chocolate Chip Pancakes topped with Honey and Whip Cream:

Baking Powder/Soda

Breakfast Casserole: Turkey, Bacon, Eggs, Potatoes, Mixed Veg:

Combine Eggs, Turkey, Bacon, Potatoes, Veg, and bake 350 for 25-30 Minutes top with Cheese!

I enjoy these as my cheat meals dessert. :)

Butterrmilk Sweet potato pancakes

1c whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsps stevia
2 eggs
2 tbsp unsweetened apple sauce (replaces oil)
1 cup of skim or no fat buttermilk (if you don't have buttermilk, use 1 tbsp of white vinegar or lemon juice then fill measure cup up to 1 cup) makes buttermilk.
3/4-1 cup of sweet potato puree

Step 1. Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl.
Step 2. Mis the rest of the ingredients, aaple sauce, buttermilk, and eggs with an elec beater or whisk. Then add the sweet potato and. Mix.
Step 3. Add wet to dry ingredients and mix well.

Step 4. Heat griddle or pan and lightly spray with Pam. Cook pancakes to desired size and flip when you see bubbles forming. Cook other side and serve with sugar free syrup oand or bananas and blueberries with a few nuts.

Pancakes will be very moist because of the apple sauce, buttermilk and the baking soda.

Topped with Fresh Fruit, Whip Cream, and Peanut Butter spread onto the waffles: PB and Sweet Potatoes = Amazing.

Everything i make is my recipe i make up off the top of my head. just kind of throw stuff together and hit my macros for the day and sometimes it comes out great.

Here's my favorite breakfast that I love on my off season high days....I'll post in this thread as well cuz it's well worth it.....

9 egg whites, 1 cup oats, sugar free vanilla coffee syrup, cinnamon, blended and cooked

Topped with Chocolate Peanut Butter Dreams, 1 Tbsn Honey swirled, wheat germ and splenda

Rice Pudding

1 cup cooked Rice
20g Scivation Whey
2 Cups Almond Milk
2 Egg Whites
Baking Powder/Soda
Cinnamon
Splenda
Vanilla Extract

Bake 35-45 Minutes on 350 once all ingredients put together.
Cook Rice, set aside.. in a bowl place in whey protein and rest of dry ingredients, add egg whites and almond milk.. Mix for a few minutes and toss in a 9x9 or 8x13 pyrex dish and bake! Let it cool and then set in fridge overnight.

Calories - 350
Protein –26
Carbs – 50
Fat - 3.5

Usually for breakfast I have two Aunt Jemimah Waffles with peanut butter on them w/ syrup !!

i went through a month of taking cozy shack rice pudding then mixing in vanilla pp and liquid egg whites and taking it to the gym with me instead of a shake. this thread made me start craving rice pudding again lol

Baked at 350 for 25 minutes

Sludge:

100g Greek Yogurt
16g Peanut/Almond Butter
30g FF Cream Cheese
20g Trutein Banana Cream

that sludge sounds good, i mix protein powder in ff greek yogurt all the time, sometimes will throw in some pb, never really did it with the cream cheese though, may have to try this

i'm really like Needto's WTBM ice creamsandwhich in the yogurt

Pumpkin Spice Banana Cream Pie:

300g Cream Cheese
1 Egg
4 Whites
20g of Sugar Free/Fat Free Pudding (Banana Cream)
90g Banana
150g Pumpkin
Cinnamon
1/2 cup Splenda
15g Whey Whey

~6g Fat, 80g Carbs, 75g Protein

Bake on 350 for 35 Minutes, then let it cool with door open for about 20 minutes. Set in fridge for a few hours to let it settle.
