well i decided Keto diets wouldnt be optimal for performance in Submission Wrestling/Jiu-Jitsu so i am going to be using carbs.
I previously got down to about 9% body fat eating 2200kcal training weights 4 days a week and cardio 4-5days a week Steady State and HIIT.
at 9% i was about 170lbs i am now 185lbs and need to get back down there to compete at the begging of June in a sport Jiu-Jitsu Tourney.

My question are should i go back to the exact same diet that i used to get down to 170 before or should i start with higher cals says 2500kcal or 2400kcal and then drop gradually.

Im a inpatient little over analyzer and i would just like some input.

Right now im having 250grams of carbs 225 pro and 70-80 fat 2500kcal
i may drop 25 grams of carbs to put me a 2400kcal
or go right back to my old diet of 175grams of carbs and other numbers about the same.
Also im only training weights 3 days Dorian Style. All input is appreciated.

I would suggest dropping gradually this is always the best for maintaining your muscle mass and endurance.I would say to drop 25 gms carbs and add 25 gm protein.IMO a 40-40-20 ratio is best to start.
