im starting my next cycle in 2 weeks, wanted to go ahead and start this log a little early so i can get some feedback from what im doing before i start the compounds.

it will be a 10 week bulk
weeks 1-10: 100 mgs/test prop mon, wed, fri
400 mgs/week test e/c blend (total weekly dose 700 mgs)
50 mgs/ed anadrol preworkout
12.5 mgs/ed aromasin, if gyno flares up will bump to 25 mgs/ed

pct:
12.5-25 mgs/ed aromasin
clomid will start 2 weeks after last inj, will run 4 weeks 100,100,100,50.
hcg if i can get it at 2500 iu's 2x per week.

a little about myself:
been training for about 11 years, started using gear 2 years ago. i have about 5 cycles under my belt using test e,c,p, sust, tren, dbol, and deca. this will be my first run with anadrol, so im pretty excited to see what it does for me.

stats:
will be 26 yrs old, 6'1'' currently 215 about 12% bf. arms are 17'', quads 25'', waist just under 35'', chest is 47'', around shoulders is 52''.

support supps:
2400 mgs red yeast rice split in 2 doses
1300 mgs omega 3's with breakfast
low dose asprin

goals:
reach 240 lbs and stay around 12% bf. i will be happy to hit 230-235, but i want to push it and say 240. my last cycle i gained 28 lbs in 11 weeks, and only lost 3-5 lbs when i came off...not too bad.

training:
mon: chest
tues: back
weds: shoulders
thurs: arms
fri: legs
sat-sun: off

i only hit one body part per day, with arms and legs being the exception. i use the HIT style of training, heavy weight, low reps. 12-15 working sets per muscle group. once i start this cycle i may start using more high volume, but for now this is what i use.

forgot my diet, it will look something like this:

meal 1: weight gainer
meal 2: 4 whole eggs, 2 egg whites, 2 sl bacon, 1 bagel with jelly, 2 pcks of oatmeal if still hungry
meal 3: 10 oz chicken breast, sweet potato with butter, fiber 1 bar
meal 4: 10 oz chicken breast, 1 cup rice
meal 5 (post workout): 2 scoops whey
meal 6: 1/2 lb ground beef or bison, baked potato with cheese and butter
meal 7: whatever the wife makes for dinner
i eat peanut butter thruout the day as a snack.

if my calculations are correct this diet puts me at around 4500-5000 cals per day. i get up pretty early and am up late at night so i have time to eat all that and i dont really have to force food down.

all right gents, there it is. feel free to critique or point me in the right direction if something is flawed.

one more thing...cardio will be done 3x per week, walking on tredmill with slight incline. i also have a 2 year old great dane that i have to walk on the mornings that im home, and if anyone has ever walked one of those dogs you will know how much work that shit is. so really i guess i will be getting some type of cardio everyday.

Hey brother. Everything looks good except ur goal. Sounds to me like u and I have same bodytype, full ecto morph. I want to be honest and say with measurements like that u are around 15percent or more. Us ectomorphs look much leaner while holding higher bfpercentages bro.

If I can give u a piece of advice, don't go by the scale. Make ur goal to add an inch or more to ur arms, maybe 2inch to ur legs while getting ur waist down to 33 or less.

I made the same mistake this last summer and made a goal to get to 260, and I got to 258, but my arms went from 19- to 19.5 yet I gained like 25lbs. Although I still had a 6pack I lost most of that when I dieted down. So I realized I gained mostly water and fat.

Lastly if your going to train hit style make sure u have a training partner who knows it well. The biggest mistake I see is people who say they train hit alone or just use a spotter. That isn't hit brother that is just making your training faster.

I hope you not think I am attacking you brother, I just see that we are similar in bodytype and training style. Just side note, once I focused on growing muscle not weight I am off cycle for 8weeks yet my arms are a much leaner 19.5 while my waist is under 32. Good luck hatter!

no offense taken joe-ali. you make a good point about gaining the weight but not seeing the measurements go up. i do plan on taking measurements every couple weeks to keep track of whats going on. thanks for the reply! reps.

I would change this around a bit. Have the two packs of oatmeal instead of the bagel with jelly. Throw some fruit in if you like.

If you MUST have bacon, try turkey bacon. Personally I'd opt for some steak or ground beef.

Butter? I'd avoid it. Or use VERY sparingly. Easy way to do sweet potatoes: peel, cut into cubes, toss in olive oil, sprinkle on cinnamon, bake for an hour on 350. You can also do basil, salt, and pepper instead of the cinnamon.

Easy on the cheese.

Add olive oil to whatever you can stomach. Easiest is shakes. It's an effective way to add good calories.

You want good gains, not fat. Even on gear, diet comes first. It's a supplement to a good diet. Keep it mostly clean, just eat MORE. If you're still hungry, eat more of what you just ate. I would also toss a chest meal in after leg and back days, maybe one on the weekend too.

thanks shadow, i will take what you suggest into concideration. whenever i can afford steak or we have some leftover ground beef i do use that with my breakfast instead of the bacon. the sweet potato idea sounds great, i will give that a try. ive just been microwaving mine lately and its pretty nasty...hince the butter. and i will also add some fruit into my breakfast...good point on that. i do have a cheat meal/day on the weekends, and i always make sure to have a good solid meal after slaying my legs or back. thanks again, and reps.

my right glute was a little tender today from the inj last night, which made squatting a little uncomfortable. i dont think the tenderness is due to either esters im using, probably just because its been a while since i injected there. also, im not sure how long it takes to start feeling the effects of drol, but my legs got pumped way faster than usual today, and i was able to handle heavier weights thru the whole workout even tho we shortened rest times.

im really trying to bring up my side delts since im a taller guy to help acheive that x frame. i think its important to share this: i had shoulder surgery 2 years ago to fix a broken clavicle, now i have a bone graft, plates, and screws in my right shoulder area, so i cant make huge jumps in weight, i have to slowly pyramid up to my working sets.

took my BP 3 times yesterday 2 of those times it was 150/85...so as you can see its a little elevated. im using 4 red yeast rice extract per day, also taking an asprin with the drol and having to take an aleve around 8 p.m. because the headache starts creeping back up. my appetite is also a little supressed. i feel like i have to force myself to start eating, but im still able to house down some food...i thought that is kinda weird. if anyone has any advice on how to combat these sides of drol please let me know, this is my first time using the stuff. i have access to HCTZ, i know that will help with the HBP but i dont want to use it unless i absolutely have to.

I think I read that you take all 50 right before working out. Try splitting the dose. If that doesn't help, do like joe d said, and stop taking it.

You've gotta try stuff to know if you're gonna like it. Might turn out a-bombs aren't for you. I'd do 25 in the morning with breakfast, and then the other 25 right before working out (unless these two are close together).

i was kinda late with breakfast this morning so i will just take a half dose before workout. i normally have breakfast at about 6 a.m. lifts go between 1:00 and 5:00, that seems like it should be enough time. like i said, im not above dropping them from the cycle, but if there is a way to get around the sides then i will try that first, so again, thanks for the advice.

volume was kept pretty low today, no reason inparticular. took 25 mgs anadrol preworkout, i didnt notice any hbp sides while i was lifting, which i was concerned about...i think the real test for that will be tomorrow for back, and again on leg day. tonight i pin 200 mgs test e/c blend, 100 mgs test prop in right delt, this will be my 3rd shot. my right glute (where the first inj was) has finally stopped hurting....4 days of pain isnt too bad. the left glute didnt hurt but maybe one day. since i stared this cycle on a wednesday i will try to post up a weekly report of my weight and all my measurements every weds.

update:
anadrol has been dropped from the cycle. after having a headache for the past 2 days, despite cutting the dose in half i decided to cut the drol, so the cycle is now just 700 mgs/week of test. took today off from the gym, plan on hitting back tomorrow.

im posting my measurements from week to week in order to keep track of my gains. i realize that some of my gains this week is water from the drol, hopefully next weeks measurements will see some gain also.

since quitting the drol i feel 100x better...no headaches, appetite is raging again...drol is just not for me.

You should have tried Hawthorne Berries for the elevated BP, they always do the trick of reducing my BP.

if i decide to try my luck with it again then i will use the hawthorne berry extract, thanks for the advice. i was using red yeast rice extract and asprin, but that didnt help at all.

update: felt a little itch in my nips today, have been running aromasin at 12.5 mgs/ed, if gyno flares up as im sure it will, i will bump the dose to 25 mgs/ed. my right delt is red and splotchy from mondays inj...nothing to be alarmed at, my right delt has always done that from the very first cycle i did. the shots i do with the test e/c blend along with the prop actually hurt worse than just the prop shots...i think that this is due to the concentration of the blend.

shot 100 mgs prop and 200 mgs test e/c blend in left glute tonight. bled a little more than normal but other than that everything was smooth.

i missed back and shoulders this week due to my "bosses" and them fucking with my work schedule. i will make up for it next week tho.

By "bosses" do you mean assholes that stay around long enough to finally be put incharge of people, yet did jack shit to earn it?

Why are you only shooting the prop M,W,F? Would be better to just go EOD at least...then you'd effectively be at a stable 750mg/wk, instead of having levels drop off over the weekend.

im also running a test e/c blend at 400 mgs/week, 200 mgs on monday and 200 mgs on friday, along with the 100 mgs of prop m,w,f. so its a total of 700 mgs/week of test. i feel pretty stable so far, granted its only a little over one week into the cycle...no gyno...yet, no acne, no mood swings. thanks for checking out my log tho.

I think you should try doing some cardio that's going to get your HR a little higher, I don't think the low intensity cardio is doing anything for you, and drop the salt.

Hatter I wish u post ur back shots when u started so we could see the progress which I am sure is probably substantial. Keep it up bro.

As for ur probs with abombs, if ur not drinking at least 6liters of water and another 6glasses of greentea stay away from it. I had problems with it until I did that, but it also killed my appetitie, now I just use when dieting to hold mass and strength..

thanks joe-ali, like i said, i wasnt going to post up any pics but now that i have those two up there i wish i would have taken some pics before i started the cycle. tomorrow marks week 2 of the cycle. as for the abombs, i thought i was drinking plenty of water, but i guess that could have been a problem. im not completely put off from them...i would try them again but i would definately use all the support supps that people have told me about instead of just using one or two.

shot 100 mgs prop and 200 mgs e/c blend in right glute yesterday. starting to feel more agressive...got behind some asshole doing 15 UNDER the speedlimit on the way home from work and felt like i was going to explode behind the wheel. other than that acne is normal, no gyno or itchy nips...everything seems normal.

ok so as you can see, my shoulder measurement went down 1/2 inch, my quads went down 1/4 inch, my arms are up by 1/8 inch, and my waist is up 1/2 inch. as far as the sum of my measurements being down by around 1/2 inch, i think that may be due to whatever bloat i had going on with the abombs...as for my waist, ive noticed the past 3-4 days that im feeling gassy and bloated...not like retaining water bloated...so im bumping up my digestive enzymes, and shifting my meals around so that im not taking in a ton of dense calories before bed. if you guys have any input im open to suggestions.

update:
adding masteron prop at 400 mgs/week.

so todays inj was 100 mgs prop, 200 mgs e/c blend, and 100 mgs mast into right glute. it was a fucking whopping shot and im anxious to see if my cheek is sore tonight or tomorrow. ive never shot that much volume into any muscle before. i will also be dropping aromasin...after reading HI's profile of mast im gunna try this out and see if the AI properties of mast actually work for me, he also mentions that 400 mgs/week is a proper dose, so thats where i came up with that.

other than that, still no acne or gyno...measurements will be posted up on weds this week due to the fact that thursday i will be making my way to ohio for ZE AHNOLD!!!!

ok, so i believe part of the reason my chest and shoulder measurement hasnt changed is because i havent trained them this week...just my speculation...i might be wrong. and i will say a little of that arm measurement is a small pump from training 2 days ago, so i will say they are 17 3/4.

here is what i have gained after 3 weeks,
3/4 of an inch on my quads
3/4 of an inch on my arms
lost 1/8 inch around my waist
gained 5 lbs.

from my past cycle experience, i usually start to notice the size gains around week 4, so hopefully next weeks measurements will show some good gains across the board.

also, it seems that my damn calves dont want to respond. i usually train them twice per week, fairly high reps, usually 2 exercises of 3 sets...im open to suggestions on how to get some growth in my calves.

not sure if i mentioned my goals, but i want to add some side and rear delt mass, chest and arm thickness, quad sweep, and calf size. i guess im going after that X-man look being that im a taller guy. any suggestions for this are appreciated.

Oh, also.

Drop the reps on calves on one of the days. Try one day low reps and another high. For rear delts, I noticed that by doing them FIRST, with two different moves, they came up significantly.

Hatter I wish u post ur back shots when u started so we could see the progress which I am sure is probably substantial. Keep it up bro.

As for ur probs with abombs, if ur not drinking at least 6liters of water and another 6glasses of greentea stay away from it. I had problems with it until I did that, but it also killed my appetitie, now I just use when dieting to hold mass and strength..

this photo was taken about a week before i started my cycle, so you can compare it to the one that was taken at about week 2.5 and see what you think. top photo is 2.5 weeks into cycle, bottom photo is about a week prior to starting.

so as soon as i finished my warm up with 225, i went to sit on a bench and my knee popped and as soon as this happened my whole lower right leg hurt like hell and i couldnt put hardly any weight on it. this is the second time this has happened to me (also i have a history of knee/joint pain). i powered thru the squats with my trusty knee wraps but then when i went to the presses it flared up agian. this seriously fucked my mindset and i couldnt refocus on the lift. i did what i thought was enuf to not completely waste the day, but by no means am i in any way pleased with this lift. even as i sit here writting this, just the slightest bend in my knee aches.

on another note. i will be shooting 150 mgs mast and 100 mgs prop in divided doses tonight. one inj in the right delt, the other in the left delt...im doing this because i plan to hit chest friday and i dont want to have any wierd tightness in one delt and not the other. my right glute seems to be feeling better as the day has gone on, the only time i can feel it now is getting in and out of my truck.

speaking of hitting chest friday...B, you better bring your A game!!!

just did tonights inj's...150 mgs mast in right delt, 100 mgs prop in left delt. right delt is a little tight, as i said before this is normal for my right delt for some reason. left delt feels fine, prop inj was smooth as silk. mast inj i think i hit some scar tissue or something, there were a couple pauses where the plunger had to really be pressed hard.

just got back from my weekend at the arnold classic, and it was a blast. caught a lift friday at metro fitness, saw kai in there, got my ass kicked by the thurmanator.

now about my training...was able to get 335 x 3 on flat bench, and 120 x 6-8 on incline DB. also shot 100 mgs prop, 150 mgs mast, and 200 mgs e/c blend in left glute. not too sore but i think doing that shot the day before driving 6 hours has caused it to be more sore than it normally would. i noticed a couple days ago that my skin is waaay more oily than normal, but i havent had any acne flares. i know that mast is a pretty strong androgen so im not sure if thats causing the excess oil, or if its from all the greasy food i ate this weekend, probably a combo of both.

took my BP tonight and its at 122/80, so its good to see thats back to normal.

tomorrow its back to the normal grind...should be hitting back but we'll see how it goes.

still no sides to report, gyno and oily skin hasnt gotten any worse, libido is up, aggression is slightly elevated, had my BP done over the weekend and its 122/80. i was noticing last night that i have put on some good mass in my tear drops, which is something ive always wanted to bring up.

todays lift was arms...terrible lift, rushed, got to the gym nearly 2 hours late. ok, as you can see pretty much everything is up with my waist measurement down and weight staying the same. overall im pleased, after all im after measurements, not weight.

the mast is definately hardening me up, i can see more definition in my shoulders and midsection and i havent changed my diet at all. i started sleeping with just a sheet to stop the night sweats and so far its worked, trade off is i get pretty cold at times.

gyno is under control, no acne (surprisingly), libido is definately wayyy up, aggression still slightly elevated which is expected. i notice my facial hair is growing at an incredible rate, i could probably use a shave twice per day....i cared enough that is. other than that everything is good, no joint pain or anything.

Man I miss the behind the head pulldowns. Dr. said not to do stuff behind the head anymore though. With them and presses overhead and behind the head the cut in my shoulders made the peak in my biceps much more noticeable

yea im a big fan of behind the head pulldowns. i dont go above 130 on them tho, i have had one shoulder surgery and im not looking for another. and since ive incorporated them and standing over head press i have noticed more fullness to my entire shoulder girdle.

UPDATE:
got my blood work results today, liver and kidney values are prefect, RBC and WBC are .6 above normal, cholesterol is slightly elevated....for whatever reason my T and E values werent on there but it was good to see that my organs and cholesterol are doing good.

why did you delete the thread? you would have gotten an answer, you would have just had to eat a little shit for that opening remark. dont go off of my routine, this is what i have put together over about 10-11 years of trial and error in training and 3 years of AAS use. put in work to research, and figure out what works for you.

i was very pleased with todays lift...its been a while since i was under that amount of weight. had an insane pump going.

no new sides, no acne, skin still oily, gyno still there...but not getting any bigger. like i said earlier, i feel like im getting harder by the day. so far im really liking the test/mast combo and im anxious to see what happens when i throw dbol in the mix next time i bulk.

Mad, this is an awesome read. What benefit have you found in using Masteron? Or do you think 700mg of Test alone would have been just fine? Reason why I asked is that while researching Masteron I've found most use it while cutting and while having a very low BF%. Thanks.

thanks man, i appreciate it...im sure that 700 mgs/week of test would have been fine. my main reason for adding in the mast is to push my total weekly aas over 1 gram, and i had a good bit of it laying around and wanted to try it out.

what have i noticed since adding mast into the cycle?...outrageous pumps, vascularity, and i feel harder every time i go in the gym. i can see a change in my midsection, yet my measurements and weight havent changed.

some not so good thing i have experienced with adding the mast...oily skin, kind of uncomfortable injections, and an overall increase in core body temp...if i sleep with anything more than a sheet, i wake up and have literally sweat thru the covers and pillow...its kinda gross.

ah, i also tried to use mast as an AI, which was an epic fail and i DONT recommend anyone do this!!! haha. my gyno flared up about 4 days after stoping my aromasin.

'cos i think that the reason for those gyno symptoms was not the actual amount of e floating around but rather the sudden change...maybe if you had slightly decreased aromasin little by little to zero it would be possibly that no problems had occurred...:dunno:...i still kinda feel that 400mg mast a week and 25mg aromasin a day is a bit overkill with 700mg test...especially if you're trying to build more mass

the measurements this week were taken pretty much as soon as i woke up. i was actually worried that i wasnt going to see any gains this week, ive had some joint pains which have lead to some shitty lifts. i increased my calories this week by about 500. im super happy that i finally broke that 18" mark for arms, that was a main goal i had. another 1/4 inch on shoulders surprised me...ive noticed more definition there so i thought the measurement would be down slightly. i was blown away by my chest measurement, and also happy to see another 1/8 inch on calves. overall i couldnt be happier with this weeks measurements.

so my waist is down from the start and i havent changed my diet, only do cardio 1-2x per week...i contribute this to the mast...im seeing better detail thru my midsection and shoulders as well as overall hardness and vascularity. gained another 1/4 inch on quads and shoulders which is good since im going for that x-man frame..and a side note, there is no inj swelling to account for that shoulder measurement...its accurate. small gain on my chest, no gain for calves...but i have only trained them once this week, and arms are down slightly which im not too concerned about since i just started training them 2x per week, im sure i will make that up and then some. ah, and ive only went up .3 lbs....1/4 inch off waist + overall measurements increased = solid muscle gained. atleast thats how i see it.

thanks guys. had my weight and BF done this morning. on a completely empty stomach (not even a protein shake) i weighed in at 225 and 12%. my body fat was done by tape, its not the best method but its all i had. i feel that its slightly off, but not by much. i was figuring myself to be 10-12%...12 being on the high side. i can see my seratus and 4 of 6 abs, either way im happy with it. waist measured in at 34 1/2 also.

alright im firing up the log again. took a couple months off of gear and had to drop down about 12 lbs for personal reasons but ive kept training. im 2 weeks into my current bulk cycle which is 750 mgs/wk of test enan, and 20 mgs/ed of dbol, and 12.5 mgs/ed aromasin...will run this until ????

2 weeks ago my weight was 221-222 and this morning i weighed in at 229. this is the heaviest ive ever been at the start of a cycle so im pumped to see where this takes me.

ive changed my training to be more power lifter oriented just to pack on some thickness. i hit back 2x per week, one light day and one heavy day, same with chest and hamstrings. i only train 4 days a week right now and im seeing really good steady gains in size and strength even before i started the cycle.

i wont be taking any measurements this time around, might post a pic now and then. also wont be posting every lift that i do or every inj that i do...only the ones that really stand out.

my diet is rediculous right now, this dbol makes me super hungry so if i had to guess i would say my daily caloric intake is mid to high 4000s. dont care about gaining a little fat, will take care of that down the road.

ive been away from the site for a while due to the outrageous amount of viruses that were going around, but heres an update. currently weighing 237 which is the most ive ever been. broke a new PR for deadlifts with a 565, and one for bench with 405. still using 750 mgs/wk of test e and 20 mgs/ed dbol, aromasin 12.5 mgs/ed.

ran out of dbol a few weeks ago so im just using 750 mgs/wk of test, just switched from enanthate to cyp, got about 4 weeks left to go with this cycle. im currently weighing 235-237 still. ive switched my training up a little more because ive decided to try my hand at a strongman competition so ive added in some split jerks, and things to work on explosiveness. ive also stopped using straps when i lift so that i can work on grip strength. i was able to pull 565 with out straps, so my grip is a little stronger than i thought.
