I have used this product and it is very good. Stay away from CEE or Creatine Ethyl Esters....complete shit.

Agree with the previous poster. Micronized creatine monohydrate is the best and cheapest way to avoid the bloat, etc. you get with larger particle versions.

So absolutely avoid CEE, KreAlkalyn, etc. as higher priced options for this purpose, with no gain in results.

I still really like Author L. Rea's recommendation from years ago on creatine.

Dissolve in water along with 600mg sea salt/1L water. I forget the amount of water per 5g. I think it was like 16oz per 5g? I think.... but the salt is definitely important in creatine transport.

where do you get your sea salt, frosty? do you take it other times of the day? with meals?

My favorite is Redmond Real Salt. I get it at my local co op, or Whole Foods. Best tasting salt I've found and a reasonable price. I just use it to salt my food but I do use it in protein shakes and PWO shakes I think it's good, too.

Micronized creatine is very good.Plain old school monohydrate just sits in my stomach and I'm on the crapper in about 20 minutes.
