animal trans fat with steroid create a red blood cell built up and high level of hematocrites .. but what about vegetal trans fat like coconut oil ? good or bad for a steroid user

Trans fats are by and large not natural. There are only a few animals, i recall, that make trans fats.

Stay away from them.

thks bro im glad to hear so , i was arguing over at gym regarding this , and head out confuse.. in canada mac nut oil so hard to find and coconut oil in every store , i order on web take 2 weeks to come here , i use fish oil but my god is taste awful

this is my protocol 13 weeks to 4 weeks out

11 am chicken - 2 mac nut oil - vitakik
1130 cardio
3 pm 6 eggs omega - 1 scoop iso - rapid cuts / endorush - primo 3cc ED
work-out
7pm fiber - 2 spoon NPB - 2 scoop iso - clen hgh 7.5 ED
nap
11 pm 1 chicken breast - 2 spoon fish oil - lypo 6 - test prop 3cc ED
work-out 2
3 am salmon salad - olive oil - balsamic - zma - clen - taurine hgh 7.5 ED
nap
7am turkey or red meat with mac nut oil / nolva - letro or adex ED
nap


i use hgh as a sleep aid as you can see , hard to sleep no carb

im at third day keto , lost dramatic water already , 247 pounds now , i dont need much calories to keep mass , more then that i get fat actually or remain the same

I have bad memories of mom forcing a spoonful of cod liver oil in my mouth. I only would use fish oil capsules.

I would recommend you buy quite an expensive, quality oil from one of those hippy dippy swirly health food shops.

It is quite common practice to hydrogenate or partially hydrogenate quite a few vegetable oils, especially those from tropical plants (palm and coconut), are partially hydrogenated = trans fats.
