23 weeks out from my first competition. Just need some advice on diet and cardio. Currently eating 400g protein, 250g carbs and fats i dont keep track of(less than 70g). Mostly fish, some chicken. I weigh 210. I want to be absolutely shredded for this show. Thanks in advance for the help.

Ab and thigh looks terrible but hopefully when i get lean it will look better. I know i need to practice my posing. I posted this about a month ago http://forums.rxmuscle.com/showthread.php?t=47177
I think i made some improvements. I believe I have a good back and when my waist comes in it will look even better.

you should have no problem getting shredded for this show. once you diet down some we can tell you better what your weakness and strengths are.
