2 tbsp peanut butter = 16g fat

1/2 cup whole raw almonds = 35g fat

1 tsp of oil = 4.5g fat, so 3.5 tsp oil to replace 2 tbsp PB, and 7.25 tsp to replace 1/2 cup almonds. And yeah, this will be expensive. Perhaps olive oil is another alternative. I personally like avocados and they're nutritious as well.

Depends where he is, Mac nut oil is on the supermarket sheves here and is quite a bit cheaper than natural peanut butter.
