Both suck but in different ways. I've never re-racked more than 315 like that and it was not too bad. It's more nerve racking than painful, atleast at 315. 500 is probably a different story. I can say that a 900+ yoke hurts more on the spin while your doing it, but your traps hurt like he'll the next day. I have scares on the top side of both my traps from yoke where it has damaged the skin so bad that it won't tan. When I was using melanotan I was dark every where except the 2 big white spots on my traps, lol

Now Misha is lifting for Belarus so he's probably gunning for the Olympics in 2012.

I think there were some issues with his Belarus citizenship. I think he is back to full time strongman.
