Not exactly a physique critique post, but wasn't exactly sure where to post this.

Does anyone know what the typical difference is in relaxed arm size and flexed arm size. Mine is about an inch, and was guessing that that's on the smaller size. Is there any truth to this?

I imagine it is going to hinge on how much muscle one has vs just having a big arm. A guy with less shape in his arms or more fat probably won't be much bigger when he flexes. Where as a guy who is a little tighter would probably have more of a difference between relaxed and flexed.

But, like Tammy, I really have no idea as I don't think it is a standard measurement.

With pretty good condition about 2 inches for most.
