50-100mcg twice daily, subcutaneous or intramuscular. There is at least one verifiable clinical grade follistan product available.

The stuff is an incredible pep. Muscles are super swollen, pumps are out of this world and everyone is telling me how much bigger I look after just a couple weeks at 40mcg a day / 5 on 2 off.
Impressed so far! Nothing but good things to say about about the guys I use.

But most guys are doing 50 mcgs with great results, a few are doing 100, but that's high IMO, good luck.

wow, this is news to me. I had only heard people saying that Folistatin was super expensive to manufacture ect ect.. and there was no way there were peptide places with real folistatin for sale.

And just so I understand right, needtobuildmuscle, you have been using folistatin yourself for a few wks now? and sides that you have noticed? how long would be reasonable for one to cycle this product at 40-50mcg/day? And are you using anything else alongside it, as in AAS, other peptides ect?

Ive read a little bit about Fol.but you guys have definately peaked my interest.

I've read that study they did on mice. Haven't seen any human studies though. Didn't flex wheeler supposedly have a myostatin mutation?

The only guy I know running this stopped prematurely due to the extreme nature of the sides- basically gave him a bad flu. Although he questioned the purity of the product he was using, so there is that possibility- but I've read other similar reports.
