heaping tbs cottage cheese
tbs ANPB
2 splendas

whip in magic bullet, spray mimi loaf pan w pam, bakes at 425 for about 12 mins til fork comes out clean

easy enough to make this a no-bake recipe if one were concerned about damaging the protein. Leave out the egg, maybe add in something like some corn starch as a thickening agent, and build in time to firm up in the fridge.
