this is what i do for back in this order...should i be takin anythin out to substitue somethin else in?
1. pullups (wide grip)
2. bent over row (under hand grip)
3. t-bar row(not machine...bar in corner) every other week switched with iso lat pullover hammer machine (no clue if thats the right name, but the machine is a cross btwn an under grip pulldown and a pullover)
4. superset
straight arm pulldown (from hi pulley)
dumbbell pullover

That is an awful lot of sets man. I count 22.
What is your level? Are you pretty advanced? You could be getting to complicated.
I would keep the pull-ups, barbell rows or t-bar rows and throw in some deadlifts or rack deads.
Maybe 10-12 working sets. Try to focus on feeling your muscles work and getting a deep stretch and a full contraction.

You might want to throw in underhand close grip pull downs. A lot of folks with high lat insertions seem to swear by them.

7 posts and I don't see the word DEADLIFT yet!
how about this:
a row
a pulldown/chin
deadlift
every angle covered. Switch grips from close to wide every once in a while and your set.

Ditto. I've never understood wide grip on pullups/pulldown. The range of motion is practically halved. Underhanded close grip lets you have your upper arms move from nearly straight up to straight down. Just makes sense to me.

So I guess you were doin chins with underhand grip prior or something?
