ghb causes an increase in prolactin which then causes bitch tits...my question is..does prolactin give you bitch tits the same way estrogen does? through an aversion to the mammary gland? or is the prolactin induced bitch tit caused in a different way?

let me clarify, can you still get bitch tits from the prolactin IF the glands are removed via surgery? can breast tissue still develop?

This thread does not belong in the NA forum, dear. I am going to move it to the appropriate forum where you will be more likely to get a better response.

If you have had the surgery and they removed all of the gland, there should never be a chance of gyno reoccuring. If the doc leaves any tissue behind, then yes, it can happen.

then where does the prolactin go? does it still build up?

Yeah, prolactin can build up. It can even cause lactation and sexual side effects.
I never found a direct answer to whether or not prolactin alone can cause gyno. I have read a few articles stating that prolactin can cause puffyness, but that it can not effect the actual tissue. But I've also read articles showing that prolactin is responsible for gyno. But it did not discuss if this were due to prolactin up regulating the estrogen receptor.
Either way you look at it, if you had the procedure done and it was done correctly, there should be no chance of a re-occurance. However, prolactin levels while on GHB increase rapidly and steadily decline to baseline. Unless your use is pretty hardcore, it really shouldn't be a problem. If you are abusing the hell out of it, I would certainly look into an anti prolactin drug. Cabergoline would be the first choice. Bromo is good, but can make you feel like total crap.

.25mcg every third day works well for me.

ghb solidified my gyno. Tren played a role but before I picked up a ghb analogue habit the lump was never like this. Just one side though, scary
