Plamajet before going on stage?

Any one used plasmajet or anything similar before pumping up and going on stage?

bo but i used it for a workout got a crazy pump, it would probally be ok, to take it 3 hours before pumpin up but i have no idea really.

Personally I wouldn't take anything the day of the show that I haven't been taking through the entire prep.

If you use a pre-workout NO product on a regular basis, I have found that taken dry (without water) within 30-60 minutes of taking the stage aids in filling out a person.

The majority of people respond very well and should dry out and become more vascular with this approach.

! This should be tested within in the weeks leading up to the show. Preferably within the last few weeks as you should be ready to take the stage.

yeah I had a much better pump during the workout, but HUGE headache.
