Distilled water? What the hell for? lol I am surprised by that one. I didn't think you were anti sodium.

Im NOT by any means. i switch to distilled to remove unwanted minerals, then just supplement with the necessary ones. Im sure its not your cup of tea, but it works well for me and how I do things. Id never say this one piece makes or breaks a physique either, but its part of a protocol I like to use where all the pieces are required to make the whole.

And actually as you may see the pancakes are added in major part due the sodium they offer, but also the carbs, then the added fats, etc.

I get up real early and have 4 eggs and bacon (around 150g), and a small slice of butter cake. Usually i do not drink anything before prejudging.

Now, hold on there... I was being light with my post - I was not meaning to be disrespectful. I truly was surprised because distilled water is kind of an archaic thing to do and that is why I asked because I wondered if there was some other reason that I was not familiar with.

Now, chill, Mr. dieting boy. : )

Will the water that is added to these carb sources such as pancakes have any sort of effect on ones condition?

Question, I know everyone eats different foods the morning of but how do you know how much to actually consume? for instance how many grams of carbs and fat do you want in the meal? How do you determine this?

So far I'd say eat whatever. It's pretty silly how some are so meticulous but after viewing this thread it's evident you can eat pretty much anything to fill your body out.

If you are too flat will you throw in the syrup ..or is that too risky before prejudging?
