I´m planning my third cycle and would like some suggestions. I´m around 190 lbs now and want to mantain as muscle mass as possible during the cycle. I will be following Palumbo keto diet. This is what i have although i won´t use them all.

100 ml test suspension 100 mg
150 ml stanozolol 100 mg
30 ml metelonone enanthate
20 ml trenbolone acetate 75 mg
70 ml boldenone 50 mg
30 ml sustanon 250 mg
80 tabs mesterolone 25 mg
100 tabs oxandrolone 5 mg
200 tabs stanozolol 10 mg
100 ml testosterone propionate 50 mg

I really appreciate any kind of help.

i'll take what is your stats, past cycle history, and goals for 1000 alex.

really tho, its hard for anyone here to guve you advice if you dont post any of those things. and by stats i mean height, BF%...so on.

Hi bro. My bodyfat is around 13-14%. I´m 31 years old, 5' 9'' tall and weigh 189 lbs. My first cycle was 500 mg of boldenone and 500 mg of sustanon during 12 weeks. In this first cycle i gained mass but got a little fat also...then i made a second cycle of 500 mg sustanon, 300 mg stanozolol and 300 mg of boldenone per week. I´m sensitive to androgens but will be using 0.5-1 mg of arimidex per day during the whole cycle. Thanks in advance.

My short time goal is to lose bodyfat and then start a lean mass gaining phase. I´m an endomorph and want to increase the carbs gradually later on so i can minimize fat gain. My long time goal is to enter in my first bodybuilding contest next year.

Training schedule:

Day 1 - Chest Biceps Abs
Day 2 - Hamstrings Quads Calves
Day 3 - Shoulders Traps Triceps Abs
Day 4 - Back Calves
Day 5 - Off

Meal 1 - 5 whole Omega-3 Eggs (with 4 additional whites)

Meal 2 - 54g Whey Protein Isolate with 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil

Meal 3 - 7oz chicken (or tilapia) with 1/3-cup raw cashews

Meal 4 - 54g Whey Protein Isolate with 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil

Meal 5 - 7oz Salmon or red meat with a 1/3 cup of broccoli with 1 tablespoon of Extra virgin olive oil

Meal 5 - 4 whole eggs

So you are doing a ketosis diet? Why not just diet down to a lean b.f.% and then do a bulking cycle, then diet with cutting cycle pre-contest?

I was thinking about doing three cycles until July/2012. The first one to mantain as muscle mass as possible during the keto diet during this semester...then the second one will be a bulking cycle probably between september and december. And next year i will do a cutting cycle pre contest.

Cardio - 45 mins on the treadmill (low intensity) every day.

Personally I would do the sus @ 500 wk just to maintain mass through keto, save the rest for future bulking and final cutting cycle.

i do 45 min cardio everyday as well and my ass dont look like that lol.

i think your best approach is going to be to keep it simple. half that stuff you listed, you dont really need. for cutting and maintaining muscle mass nothing beats low dose test (300 mgs prop) with winstrol (50mgs ed). i dont advocate a lean mass bulk, i think you either cut or bulk. that being said, i think the majority of the drugs you listed here are used to cut. grab some deca, dbol or drol, and of course test....classic bulk cycle. your drugs should be the cherry on top, training and diet need to be spot on. i also think that if you are planning on doing a show next year, perhaps you would be better off doing a few bulk cycles until you are ready to start your cut for the show...just an option.

I will follow your advice and start with 300mg of test and stanozolol per week. A few months later i´m going to do a bulk cycle.
