Critique Me Please! Leaning up for Summer

I've been trying to lean up and it seems to be a long journey and I feel very flat and soft looking at times. Here is the most recent pic of myself and any sort of a physique critique would help...thanks!

Great improvements. Arms and traps look good in the pic. From that pic chest thickness and side delts would help your look.

thx for the feedback bro! Been trying to bring up my wheels through the winter months & I've been trying to pick up my cardio lately to 4-5 times a week walking at about 3.2mph for 30-45 min.
