I have only about 5 shows under my belt. Most recently in 2009 I took the light heavy in the East coast classic and Last year I took 2nd in the light heavy in the Pittsburgh Classic. I know Jr Nationals is big, but I think its time to see how I match up with the best.

Any suggestions on next training video? Chest? Arms? I was thinking of doing one of my back workouts. I do two; one for thicknesss and one for width. You decide and let me know. I will post within a week or two.

I'm actually gonna do two back workouts in my off-season, structured for those purposes. I'd personally like to see BOTH the back workouts, to see how they compare.

Ive been asked about my training style and if it changes during contest prep? The answer is NO. I train under my training principle....USE IT OR LOSE IT PRINCIPLE..meaning if you got the size and strength to push heavy weight then do it..6-8 rep range. In my experience if I dint continue to lift heavy then my body feels like with all the cardio and diet I don't need the muscle and starts to burn it for fuel. I currently use a hybrid method of the DC and FS-T training style..hitting 4-5 exercises per body part with about 3-4 set per exercises. I warm up, then hit it heavy often ending up with a finishing isolation exercise for reps, just to get the blood into the muscle belly and help with recovery. I've tried training Solely using DC or FS-T and found that the hybrid method works best for me..Its almost
FS-T but without as many high reps at the end..hope this helps..train Heavy, INTENSE, and SMART....Stay tuned..THanks.
