April has been working very hard heading into the Jr. Usa's to start the season. After recovering from a recent back injury (happened just before the Arnold) we are right back on track. Thought I would introduce her here and will be sure that she has the opportunity to chime in soon...

hahaha. thats just a camera angle thing. low camera with a high arms. we have done GREAT things to those arms though!

April looks great. I am pnohe's brother so I know her personally. I had the pleasure of watching her compete in her first contest and she kicked ass there. She has had a very productive off season and made some great gains. She is going to be a force to reckon with as she progresses. I am confident she is gonna bring it at the JR. USA's. Keep up the great work April!!!!!!

She might need to lose a little muscle to break the top 3. They're really dialing back any muscularity....looking more for lean than muscle.

I think that after these last 8 weeks (April tends to loose a bit of muscle as we diet her down, an aproach that I like with figure competitors) she will match up well with what has been "the look" on the top national/pro level of the last 2 seasons. I always try to bring my competitors in based on "the look" of the previous 2 seasons. remember that these pics are of a very "full" version of April. I will post more as we progress.
