Thanks Cook. Im going in just to get the toes wet again in power sports. Looking to have a ball competing again. Been 9 years since I have.

Should be a fun event. I was planning to do both bench and DL, but I may decide to focus on DL. The new rule of no straps on the 600 for reps should make things interesting.

Sean said that the straps actually seemed to makeit harder for a bunch of the lifters.

thats because most powerlifters dont ever use them. its like any other kind of gear, no matter how simple it may be.
