hey guys, On my first real heavy Test cycle here (1000mg Eth/Wk) starting to notice a touch of gyno. never used an anti - E before, which ones have you guys had success with?

what ur having are gyno symptoms, so that doesn't mean you should treat it the same as actually have gyno. This seems to be very big misunderstanding all the time. You don't need letro just yet, nolvadex you could run since it would probably stop the estrogen sides that your having but for future reference you should run either adex or my favorite aromasin during and after your cycle.

Don't use Nolva and Letro together, Nolva inhibits Letro absorbtion by 1/3.

i have always had good results with using nolva to take immediate action, followed by aromasin, overlapping the two by 2 weeks.

As of right now my nips are just a tad puffy (i got pinched at 12% last week and i don't generally carry a lot of fat in my chest/front delt area). No itchyness or "lumpyness" yet. Just want to nip it in the bud now.

So how is nolvadex going to stop the estrogen sides? It causes e2 to skyrocket, and he's already having estrogen problems. He needs to stop the test from converting to estrogen and solve the estrogen problem he already has. Nolvadex binds to the breast tissue, and will stop e2 from effecting it further, but if his estrogen is sky high, the problem returns once he stops the nolvadex.

nolvadex would only be a temporary solution, that's y I recommended he run aromasin throughout the rest of his cycle so the problem won't return.

Since we're on the topic then, what should he have used from the get go as to prevent this from even happening in the first place?

run Letro prior to cycle and all throughout? I always hear people use .5mg of Adex ed/ eod. I'm getting confused now on all these AI's :(
