anyone know how to make 'em? ive done it once years ago with instant pancake mix and protein powder, but i cant remember the ratios. anyone know?

I just put the powder in a bowl and add egg whites till it becomes like a batter. Then cook!

so u dont use any type of pancake mix? just protein and eggs?

Exactly. There are things you can add to make them more light and fluffy, but I don't remember what they are off the top of my head. I'm sure someone has a less spartan recipe than mine.

ok, for anyone who tries this after me....1.5 scoops whey, 1 cup pancake mix, 3/4 cup water. mix, cook, eat....GROW. this makes roughly 2 pancakes.

theres alot of pnacake recipes here.

mine
1/2 c oats
5 ew
cin splenda dash baking powder
1/2 c canned pumpkin

whip in MB...cook

i dont use pancake mix.....fuck a processed carb LOL

1/2 cup oats
one scoop (30g) whey
5-6 egg whites
one whole egg
one heaping table spoon Cottage Cheese (can be optional but without it its pretty dry)
Dash of cinnamon
(optional--fruits, bananas, nuts)
Blend

pour on skillet like normal pancake mix. Shits awesome.

I use walden farms sugar free syrups on them.......ftw

i like to just mix a cup of oats with egg whites in the blender,
then pour that in to a muffin tin, stick it in the oven
then you got a bunch of protein muffins.

or you can just pour that same mix in a pan and make
pan cakes.

Two of my FAVORITE pancake recipes!!

-When I can have Carbs:
1/2cup OatMeal
1.5scoops Cake Batter Whey Isolate
2tbsp Cottage Cheese
2 Egg Whites
2tsp Psyllium Husk Fiber
2pk Stevia
1/2tsp Baking Powder
Cinnamon
3tbsp SugarFree PeanutButter Flavor Syrup


-When I'm doing Keto:
2scoops Cake Batter Whey Isolate
2tbsp Cottage Cheese
3 Egg Whites
2tbsp Wheat Bran
2tsp Psyllium Husk Fiber
2pk Stevia
1/2tsp Baking Powder
Cinnamon
3tbsp SugarFree PeanutButter Flavor Syrup

I always use the MagicBullet to blend everything......And, I also always use Walden Farms Zero Calorie Pancake Syrup, and I smear PeanutButter between each pancake like a sandwich!.....WoW!

*Make sure you keep the Walden Farms Syrup in the fridge to keep it "thick"....If it sits at room temp it gets pretty "thin" and "watery"

i just mix egg whites, protein powder, cottage cheese, and cinimon into a batter and fry.

if you want them to be like regular unhealthy pancakes just add vanilla whey to regular mix and cook.

you can also but the unhealthy stuff all ready to go off the net. n2bm has them.
