the soy sauce below has no carbs and does not show sugar as an ingredient and im thinking that the "i cant believe its not butter" spray is too good to be true?????

what's the point of using ketchup? my friends and I saw a pretty massive and ripped guy outside the Olympia last year with his lunch bag, and busted out a bottle of ketchup. Is it just for flavor, when bulking? or is it plausible to use it during a cutting stage?

All I know is that it makes my steamed, over-steamed chicken breasts taste like heaven hahaha. I've resort to Mrs. Dash, sodium free, from Erik Fankhousers' video blog when Dave did a piece on him.

There is no ulterior motive for using ketchup other than simply taste.

Tribal, you might want to check out Walden Farm's line of products, they specialize in carb-free salad dressings, they even have a carb-free barbecue sauce AND ketchup, not exactly as good as the real thing, but it'll do the job while dieting.

I LOVE the Walden Farms line! They sell many of them in the Meijer nearby too, which is nice. My favorite is the sugar free chocolate syrup (put in my coffee and in my oats) and the sugar free maple and blueberry syrups for my egg/oats pancake.

I also found a whole host of Stevia products online that are really good if, like me, you like to keep the artificial sweeteners to a minimum. Just google "stevia products" (Stevita is one brand that comes to mind)

And of course mustard is always a GREAT condiment while dieting

Soy is fine, i wouldnt touch the butter spray since it does have trace calories, the same goes with waldensfarms prdoducts...Yes i do know that soy contains 10 calories but its on approved seasonings list from Dave and he is against the butterspray as well

I've actually found low sugar ketchup if it's that importnt to you. I find myself using a lot more mustard lately, with more of the 'powdered' type of seasonings (sprinkle on chicken, beef etc).

There's nothing wrong with Walden farms products. As Dave says, if there's no calories, sugars, carbs, or extra fats in it, it's okay to consume; take the mass amounts of diet coke he is notorious for drinking pre-contest!

Heinz One Carb Ketchup
Walden Farms syrups(taste like heaven!) and fruit spreads(taste like jelly) are FABULOUS! I have tried the peanut butter spread and the mayo spread(for my tuna), but IMO, CRAP. Some of the dressings are good, the BBQ sauces are good. netrition.com has the cheapest biggest selection of WF products,

Also check this out: unless your bottle lasts the entire prep, its not really good to use for prep(put 8 OZ in for serving size..see what happens).
