coming from you that means alot.
I also would like to learn from you competed last year and was doing bench contests with bench shirt as well, but would liek input on competing again.
Did qualify for national contest but could have looked better and felt bad only 2 guys in my class and 2nd place with 2 of us.
Below are contest pics from last year weighed 150 I am in blue there is one pic with me and the other guy who has placed in national contests before.
