If you could only have one Spice/seasoning for the rest of your life, what would it be? What brand, flavor, etc.?

Dunno about brand, but i love onion powder...

We don't have molly mcbutter etc in oz... :P

No problem. You should also check out Weber's Kickin Chicken. Its a lil spicey, but its great for grilled chicken breast

The combo spice twisters - Garlic and Sea Salt. Always use when cooking steak or chicken. Great taste.
