Well, I know every simple person here included me just love the KETO DIET, but let me explain why I'm put this diet on board...
Well, I'm going to make a eye surgery next feb 28, and My doctors advise me to stop the keto diet during my recovery, I know my body pretty well and I know if I'll star eating as a REGULAR person I'm going to get fat...
So I'm trying to find a way to not get fat in this 3 mouths that I'll out of the gym.
my Question is:
Does anyone have tried this diet?

I actually have the book, have not done the diet. He gives sample menu's so it does look easy to follow. Let us know how you make out!
