View Full Version : Are these aloud in raw powerlifting?
I was looking for something to possibly wear under my singlet, that didn't bunch up. I was thinking of just a tight pair of boxer briefs, but I came across these:

would these be aloud for RAW?

Aren't briefs in general a supportive gear?

most likely not, but depends on your org. they are not allowed in sean katterle's org...
ok thanks for the help. I guess next question is, what do most raw pl'ers wear under the singlet? tightie whitie's?
on a serious note, my next choice was something like this: http://www.underarmour.com/shop/us/en/pid1209291-Men-s-O-Series-Boxerjock-6-/1209291-001
but I thought for the same price, if it says it will "increase" my lifts. I was all ears.. lol

They will not be aloud in raw lifting, but are great for training. I use the Power Pant Briefs from Inzer and use them all the time for wide stance squats.

i saw the power pants as well, do you think you could use them for events?

You could use them for deadlifts, but i would not recommend them or any other briefs for normal strongman events

I recently ordered a pair of grooved briefs from Inzer and can not get them on. I used the sizing chart and ordered accordingly. They are supposed to be tight but i can not get them past my thighs. Does the sizing chart work for most?

Yeah I got a problem with homophones. Plus I don't ever proof what I type.
