View Full Version : Lemongrass Flank Steak

Ingredients:
6 oz. flank steak
2/3 cup water
2 stalks lemongrass, chopped
1 tsp. ginger, minced
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. lemon or lime juice
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Combine all ingredients, except steak, in a medium bowl. Place flank steak in a glass baking dish; pour mixture over steak. Cover & allow it to marinate for at least one hour or up to 24 hours in the refrigerator (flank steak is a then & tougher cut, so it needs to be marinated to add moisture). Grill or broil for 4-6 minutes per side.
