You are a healthy adult with no pre-existing conditions that could affect your abilities to lift weights. You want to do ONE exercise that will stimulate maximum muscular growth, testosterone and natural GH response. Your choices are:

1.- heavy free-weight barbell squats
2.- some weird tricep kickback exercise with a Swiss ball while standing on a wobble board.

You are entitled to have an opinion as to which exercise is the correct answer. But there is only one correct answer. The other answer is wrong.

choice 2, because the swiss ball works your core, and working your core is all-important.
