Hey folks, I've been lifting for about eight months consistently, mainly to augment my swimming. I dabbled with weights in high school, so I'm not a total noob, but took many a year off and put my mind to it last October. I was always lean and muscular, presumably because of my competitive swimming background, and do mostly bodyweight exercises for the upper body: I find these work best for me at my height (around 6'2", very long arms). I'm a big believer in intermittent fasting, and don't follow the strictest diet. The following picture was taken after a "refeed" carb-up day. Hoping to one day do a natural show, maybe 5 years from now. Any feedback is appreciated!

PS. I know the picture is lame, but it's the only one I have. My brother snapped it while I was outside doing some curls. It made for a nice shot : p

Ugh, sorry. The picture is HUGE! I'm not the most tech-savvy guy, so I need to learn how to minimize this stuff! : (

If you want the physique critique judges to give their opinions you need to do full body shots, front and back.

Nice foundation for the amount of time invested in it. Need full body shots.
