I use the 24" EliteFTS heavy duty wraps and 36" Inzer wraps for wrist.

I used APT knee sleeves, the red/black ones. Don't use knee wraps.

I've been really pleased with titan's wraps. THP 2.5 meter knee and 36in wrists are both solid wraps.

Metal wrist, I wouldn't buy ANYTHING from APT, still waiting for my order from 2 months ago that I paid extra for 3 day shipping. Awesome customer service!
