coming along nicely. need to tighten up your legs glutes and low back. but 7 weeks is time for that.

Agreed. Have you tried running some sprints or stadium stairs?

Jude2, im workin with dave palumbo,he has me doing low intensity cardio... No HIT.... Cuz of the diet protocol.....

Ok, then you might have to increase your duration and or frequency.
