Hey so i am wondering if anyone can offer some advice. I tend to skip training abs and justify it by telling myself that i work them with many other exercises like squats, press downs, etc. But im curious to know what you ladies suggest as far as exercises and frequency when it comes to training abs. I am a firm believer in the saying abs are made in the kitchem. I do have an issue where my pelvis tilts back and it gives the illusion that my abs are sticking out, so i dont want to build them up but i would like to have them be visible. I am at about 10% body fat right now and my diet is on point. I just need some good tips!!! thank you

I used to be of the same school of though, and I never trained them. And it really IS diet. When prepping for a contest, shoot, whatever- how you look is 80% diet. However, as you diet down, if you don't have any ab muscles, you'll have a look that's not so great. It's important to train them! Personally, I like to do weighted moves and I train them EOD.
