1. Chocolate PB Supreme
Ingredients:
12 oz. water
4 ice cubes
1 tbsp heavy whipping cream
1 tbsp natural peanut butter
2 scoops chocolate protein powder

Directions:
Blend all ingredients & drink up!

2. Chocolate Strawberry Shake
Ingredients:
1-2 scoops chocolate protein powder
6-8 oz water
4-6 ice cubes
8 strawberries

Directions:
Mix in a blender on medium for 1 minute. Pour into a tall glass. Enjoy!

3. Chocolate Banana Nut Protein Shake
Ingredients:
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 tbsp Almond butter
1 banana
1 cup Non-Fat Soy Milk
2 ice cubes

Directions:
Blend all ingredients


4. The Bad Girl
Ingredients:
12 oz. skim milk
4-8 Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookies
1 handful of ice
2 scoops chocolate protein powder

Directions:
Blend all ingredients


5. Banana Bread Shake
Ingredients:
2 scoops whey protein
1 banana
1/2 cup Quaker Oatmeal (cook with boiling water)
3/4 cup Kellogg's Bran Flakes
1 bottle water
1 tsp Artificial sweetener

Directions:
Blend all ingredients

Nice! Some good recipes here- I like the idea of throwing sine bran flakes in there...

i will try the choco banana nut protein shake.. but all of them are great recipes

I whipped up this one in part due to the creativity the above shakes had on me.

Apple Pie Power

1/2 cup regular apple sauce (omit this and you have a french toast flavor shake)
1 cup regular oats
1 tbsp dark brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
2 packs equal
1 tsp salt
1-2 scoops myofusion whey
4-5 ice cubes
8-10 oz cold water

mix in blender and enjoy the foodgasm that follows!

thanks for including the directions. I mean, after I put all the ingredients in the blender, then what? OH, you blend them as specified. Thank you, LOL...

Sorry man, got some time on my hands here, lol, great recipies, here's one for the ecto's...

1 cup of yogurt (sure use the sugar filled kind if you want, vanilla goes well)
1 cup of frozen berries
1 banana
2 scoops of whey
2-3 tbsp of natural peanut butter

you could always add some powdered oats for more carbs but that shit is gonna be thick!

edit: don't forget to plug in your blender, mix ingredients together and put a lid on top of the cup. Crazy straw and fancy parasol put in drink optional, but fabulous nonetheless...

Sounds like all the shake recipe are so yummy and so refreshing. I will made all the recipe that are posted here each day and I'm going to start to make a Chocolate Strawberry shake. :yep:

I made the Chocolate Strawberry shake and it was so delicious. and in my list the next is Chocolate Banana Nut Protein Shake, cause this is easy to make, :yep:
