pics are from 12 week contest prep. the first one is day one of diet bulked to 205lb and the rest are weigh-in night at 190lbs. i am a junior level bodybuilder and would like some brutal honesty on what i need to severly improve on as i continue this journey. my legs are going to be the death of me, they are very stubborn. heavy squats and leg presses don't seem to phase them and it's iratating.

weighlifting for 7 years, bodybuilding for 2 years, done 4 shows since 2009 (4th out of 4, 1st out of 2, 4th out of 9 & 4th out of 7)
5'-10"

most chest thickness and overall leg mass. at your height you can add more mass all over.

thanks tammy. beings that i never hire a trainer to guide me threw the prep phase, what would you guys say my bf is in the dieted down pics? i never really know how accurate my bf calipers are. thanks!

thicker definitely. But conditioning was not tight enough. Can see that in quads, glutes and hams. it may be time to hire someone to properly manipulate macros and cardio for you down the stretch. Good Luck!

Thanks ss. These pics were actually from last year but I feel like I haven't put on much more mass since then. I'm at the same starting weight as last year but a little leaner. Had a bad offseason being sick a lot :( I'm trying guys!

work on overall thickness..but your def gonna need better conditioning..a prep coach will def be a big plus...scooby's a "conditoining" guy..his atheletes are always really peeled...
