what is your dosing protocol with creatine. I take 5g 4 times a day for 5 days during my loading phase, 5g before and after every work out and 5g in the morning on rest days. Do you cycle creatine?

I personally don't cycle creatine. I don't see a need to. Its in every form of animal protein.

I just did a show about the newest molecule of creatine produced by Promera and with that particular for you take 1/4 Tsp per 100 Lbs of body weight. they just did a university study at U of Nebraska and we talked about it on the Super Human Radio show.

The creatine molecule has been improved upon. A university study shows this third generation form of creatine is better absorbed than anything currently available.

don't load... and you don't have to cycle on a specified schedule. when you want to mix things up or are not feeling results on take a 2 week rest of it.

5 grams every day of mono. on workout days 5 pre and 5 post.

I asked Dave about this and he said that you don't need a loading phase at all.

After hearing about it on your show, I picked up a bottle at the Arnold. It is easy on the stomach. I noticed an immediate improvement in endurance.

So far you're two for two with your supplement recommendations.

I've really learned much from listening to your shows. Thank you.
