Current stats:
Hight 5.7
weight 200

Diet: Carb meals are morning, before and after training.
cals 4000
P 403g
C 323g
F 122g

I will be practising my posing regularly from 20weeks out.

Cardio has not been incorporated yet.
Have been working on my legs and back the last 6.months.
As i see it my biggest concern is back thickness and ham development.
And i know about the raging gyno in my front bi shot, usually not that pronounced and will go down significantly during diet.

looking solid. id say back thickness and width for sure. the gyno is a concern though

Yes the Middle weight class and a good choice. You are correct about your areas of concern.

Thanks for both your inputs.
I will not be able to do anything about the gyno this time around, maybe next year.
Would it be prudent to bring these problem areas up a bit during these 20 weeks? or will it just be an excercise in futillity?
What excercises would you recommend, mind you I have always had trouble "feeling" my back while training.
