i believe Daves diet says WPI w/ ANPB pre and post workout. I usually have 8oz of 97% ground beef with 1TBS Mac Nut Oil and a bowl of salad with oil n vinegar.

to be completely honest, i'm pretty sure dave doesn't care in which order you eat the meals. As long as they get taken in...

i could be wrong but i thought the order didnt matter EXCEPT for the shakes pre and post workout. Best person to ask is Dave lol

i would imagine (even though the difference may be marginal), that a whole food protein source like white fish and veggies + oil would be ideal given that it is very easy to assimilate

In my opinion I do like as many whole eggs as your diet permits macro-wise and maybe some additional meat if you're low carbin' it. I like the choline, cholesterol, and arachidonic acid content of egg yolks PWO as these are beneficial.

3 whole eggs and a baked chicken thigh.( sorry i dont eat white meat unless I have to)

as far as whole food, eggs are probably the fastest digesting and most complete

I do aminos immediately pwo then go home and eat 5 eggs with some hot sauce

I do a post workout WPI shake followed by 5 eggs ab hour later...

2.5 scoops of Isolyze post workout and then when I get home I have 6oz of filet mingion and a spinach salad. (but I am not dieting for a show, just trying to get a little leaner.)

i dont think dave advices people to drink a shake after there workout for the keto diet and rather they go straight to fat and protien solid food meal maybe im wrong do once again best person to ask is dave
