Currently I am taking the max amount of 5 per day and I am taking 3 Somalyze a night as well. Anything wrong with taking a couple more per day? I'm 3 weeks out from a show and I want to pull out all the stops!

because that is the dosage amount and it isn't always "more is better" Your diet should be adjusted if you are having trouble not the supplements
