So now i've got a lot of free time and i decided to start operation fat annihilation/rock solid muscle.

I've done a split doing only one muscle a day (mentally its very reliving)

- Cadio
30mins after lifting and 45mins pre-last meal.
mid paced cardio.

- SPLIT

day 1: bis
day 2: chest
day 3: tris
day 4: off
day 5: Back
day 6: delts
day 7: legs
day 8: off

btw diet. is 30g protein per meal. 6 meals.
60g carbs in the breakfast (oatmeal), 30g preWO (brown rice) and 60g more post workout (fruit, or so).
all the other meals are 30g protein+ 20g healthy fats.


On non-wo days. there will be no post workout carbs.

What do you think about this?

You didn't mention your height/weight/ bodyfat, years training, etc. I think you'd get lean on this over time. I personally would overtrain on that many days a week+ all the cardio. But that's me, not you, lol. Good luck!
